RETURN POLICY
All return claims for incomplete orders or damaged items must be made within 5 days of receipt of the order. We cannot accept returned items after decorating, washing, or wearing, unless the product is defective.
Please check all blank product shipments for accuracy before decorating. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and form issued by Richardson.
An order number or PO must be provided to obtain an RMA number.
All other return requests must be made within 60 days of the order invoice date. Items returned due to customer error are subject to a 10% restocking fee (minimum fee: $20.00). The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Refused orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (minimum fee: $35.00) plus the cost of outbound shipping charges.
